- Define clearly the GAPS and screen potential opportunities to let the business grow . ( e.g. geographic expansion, new customer segments, new technology, expand offering or channels, separate entity to market non core/new technologies, ...)
- Assess the different models for organic growth scenarios ; Alliances, separate business entity/unit or internal development
- Provide market research, business case, IP technology or product review, implementation and organisational concepts to create new business opportunities
- Cooperate closely with management
- Support preparing of roadmap, marketing, sales, distribution and service plan
- Support implementation of end to end solution process
- Follow up and steer operational implementation

- Propose and implement model to create business for non core technologies

- Provide industry expert advice to start-ups, spin-offs, small enterprises
- Provide support to bring a technology or product efficiently to the market
