2010 March : Marc De Clerck is lecturer in MBA program organized by Innotek. Program is focused on providing business and financial background to high potentials, interested to create a spin off or new business entitiy.

2009 September : MdcStratCon enters an alliance with Innotek ( www.innotek.be ) and becomes a certified spin off expert for Flanders. MdcStratCon participates in  European EFRO project to stimulate and create spin off initiatives in Flemish industry .

2009 July : Marc De Clerck joins CDI Global as  managing partner.  CDI Global (www.cdiglobal.com ) is a leading,  mid tier M&A and corporate finance group active 30+ countries.  MdcStratCon becomes the exclusive office of CDI Global for Belgium and Luxembourg.

2009 April : MdcStratCon associates with Value for Growth ( www.v4g.be) .  Value for Growth is providing business development to start-ups and SME’s in high tech and life sciences area.

2008 July : Marc De Clerck founded MdcStratCon
